Geotechnical Engineering Estimator – Surrey (Hybrid)
Salary: £55,000 – £75,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Surrey – Hybrid working (2–3 days in office)

The Role – Geotechnical Estimator
As a Geotechnical Engineering Estimator, you will play a key role in securing new projects by preparing accurate costings, budgets, and tenders.
Responsibilities include:

• Managing and assessing incoming enquiries and identifying business-appropriate tender opportunities
• Developing bid and win strategies to meet client requirements
• Collaborating with technical teams, operations, and the supply chain to prepare cost studies and value-engineered proposals
• Preparing accurate, detailed, and competitive budgets, cost advice, and tenders for projects including piling (land & marine), diaphragm wall construction, soil mixing, and grouting

  
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who can bring expertise and integrity to the role:

• Degree in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical bias preferred)
• Professional qualification status desirable
• Proven experience within the UK geotechnical or ground engineering industry
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to deliver competitive and accurate tenders
• Commitment to health & safety, sustainability, and high professional standards
