We’re looking for an experienced Senior Aerodynamicist to create, test, and refine aerodynamic concepts that push the limits of performance. You’ll take charge of the full development cycle — from concept and CFD to wind tunnel testing, analysis, and reporting — ensuring every detail counts in pursuit of speed and efficiency.
 
What You’ll Do

  • Design and develop new aerodynamic concepts using CAD.
  • Plan and manage efficient wind tunnel and CFD testing programs.
  • Analyse data to recommend high-performance solutions for track testing.
  • Mentor and inspire junior aerodynamicists to grow and innovate.
  • Collaborate with technical groups across aerodynamics, design, and production.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in Formula 1 aerodynamic development.
  • Strong technical knowledge of CFD, wind tunnel methods, and data analysis.
  • Excellent CAD skills and a keen eye for detail.
