Overview
A vacancy has arisen within the R&D Mechanical Engineering department for an industrial electronic manufacturing company. The successful candidate will work as part of a team and must be able to meet tight deadlines. A proactive approach and enthusiasm to learn are essential.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Design mechanical components in line with internal company standards.
• Experience designing mechanical enclosures for electronics. 
• Prepare detailed Test Reports with high levels of accuracy.
• Evaluate new designs for manufacturability and compliance with company standards.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• 1 – 2 Years experience designing mechanical enclosures for electronics. 
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in a Mechanical Engineering discipline.
• Experience with 2D/3D CAD modelling and prototyping.
• Ability to maintain clear, accurate records and produce high-quality reports.
• Strong understanding of mechanical principles.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
