Rate: £25.00 per hour

Are you an experienced Composite Laminator looking to work on world-class Formula 1 and motorsport programmes? Available Roles: Composite Laminators

• Layup of pre-preg carbon fibre & advanced composite materials
• Working from engineering drawings, templates & layup manuals
• Applying vacuum bagging, de-bulking & curing processes
• Trimming & finishing to elite motorsport standards

What You’ll Need

• Proven composite laminating experience
• Background in F1, motorsport, or high-performance automotive
• Strong attention to detail & ability to work to tight tolerances
• Solid understanding of composite layup and laminating techniques
• Ability to interpret technical drawings & layup manuals
• Flexible approach to shifts and workloads

Contract Details

• 4-6 month rolling contract with strong extension potential
• Outside IR35
• £25.00 per hour
• Immediate starts available
