We are recruiting experienced Composite Inspectors to support a Formula 1 team based in Silverstone, working nights or weekend shifts during a critical phase of the season.
The role sits within a high-performance composite manufacturing environment, inspecting precision composite components to the highest quality and safety standards.
 
Available Contracts
Contract – Nights
£35per hour DOE
Monday to Thursday | 21:00-07:30 – Contract to end of April
 
Contract – Weekend Nights
£35per hour DOE
Friday to Sunday 07:00 – 19:00 –  Contract to end of April
 
Key Responsibilities

• Inspect finished and in-process composite components
• Write and execute inspection programs using PolyWorks
• Carry out geometric validation of moulds, jigs, and composite parts
• Use Romer Arms and Laser Trackers for dimensional inspection
• Produce clear inspection and quality reports
• Support high-volume production periods on night shifts
• Maintain strong Health & Safety and quality standards

 
Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience in a composite manufacturing or inspection environment
• Strong working knowledge of PolyWorks Metrology Suite
• Experience using Romer Arms and Laser Trackers
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working night and weekend shifts in a fast-paced environment
