We’re hiring a Senior Sales Manager to lead European sales for a high-tech engineering business operating across defence, aerospace and advanced communications.
  
This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for revenue growth, key accounts and team development.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver European sales strategy
  • Lead and mentor a technical sales team
  • Manage key defence / aerospace customer relationships
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive growth
  • Forecast, report and deliver against targets

  
Requirements

  • Experience in technical sales leadership (RF / microwave essential)
  • Background in defence, aerospace or complex engineering markets
  • Strong commercial skills (pricing, negotiation, key accounts)
  • Experience managing and developing teams
  • Be a UK or NATO citizen with the right to work in the UK.
  • Be comfortable working in the defence industry
  • Be prepared to sign the official secrets act and complete BPSS clearance.
