Assistant Business Change Manager 

GTS Transportation is recruiting for a leading UK rail freight operator undergoing a major digital signalling transformation. We are looking for an ERTMS Assistant Business Change Manager to support the adoption of ERTMS technologies across people, processes, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support business readiness and change management plans.
  • Lead change impact assessments and track progress.
  • Engage stakeholders, prepare communications, and support training.
  • Contribute to readiness reviews, benefits tracking, and governance reporting.

You’ll Need:

  • Experience with complex change projects.
  • Change management qualification (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP, APMG).
  • Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Understanding of UK rail operations or a similar regulated environment.
