Assistant Business Change Manager
GTS Transportation is recruiting for a leading UK rail freight operator undergoing a major digital signalling transformation. We are looking for an ERTMS Assistant Business Change Manager to support the adoption of ERTMS technologies across people, processes, and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support business readiness and change management plans.
- Lead change impact assessments and track progress.
- Engage stakeholders, prepare communications, and support training.
- Contribute to readiness reviews, benefits tracking, and governance reporting.
You’ll Need:
- Experience with complex change projects.
- Change management qualification (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP, APMG).
- Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Understanding of UK rail operations or a similar regulated environment.
