Commercial Manager

We’re on the hunt for a confident, self-motivated Commercial Manager to join our client’s dynamic Commercial team. In this role, you’ll shape winning proposals, lead negotiations, and build robust contracts that help deliver world-class solutions to their customers.
You’ll be at the heart of bids and contracts—working closely with senior stakeholders, providing commercial insights, and ensuring every deal is watertight.
What we’re looking for in you:
- Proven experience in a commercial, business, or operational role (ideally within a technical environment).
- Strong customer engagement and negotiation skills, with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Good understanding of how commercial opportunities support wider business strategy.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
- A proactive, confident, and results-driven approach.
