Overview
- We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Commissioning Engineer to deliver high-quality engineering support at customer sites.
- This role is responsible for commissioning, maintaining, and optimising electro-mechanical equipment while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, safety compliance, and first-time fix performance.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical capability, a professional on-site presence, and a disciplined approach to processes and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Commission and ensure equipment performance meets or exceeds customer expectations
- Carry out corrective and preventative maintenance to OEM standards
- Diagnose faults methodically and deliver effective first-time fixes
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation
- Manage parts usage, stock control, and related documentation accurately
- Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in safe, serviceable condition
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Mechanical or Electrical qualification (Degree, Diploma, or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience working with electro-mechanical equipment (e.g. packaging, automation, or document handling machinery)
- Strong experience in a customer-facing engineering role

Requirements
- Mechanical knowledge: minimum 1 year (required)
- Electrical experience: minimum 1 year (preferred)
