We are recruiting experienced Composite Laminators to join a Formula 1 team based in the heart of Motorsport Valley on a night shift contract.
 
You will manufacture high-performance laminated composite components within a world-class F1 motorsport environment, working to strict quality, safety, and process standards alongside production and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities

• Laminating composite components to Formula 1 standards
• Preparing moulds and tooling
• Operating and monitoring autoclaves and cure cycles
• Component breakout and finishing
• Cutting and preparing composite materials
• Recording labour, materials, and process data
• Maintaining high standards of quality, H&S, and housekeeping

Skills & Experience

• Composite laminating experience in Formula 1, motorsport, aerospace, or high-performance manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of composite materials and lay-up techniques
• Experience with autoclaves and composite tooling
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• High attention to detail and comfortable working night shifts
