We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Production Manager to join our fast-paced and growing team in Dublin. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day production operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operational processes and performance metrics.
- Manage and mentor a team of production supervisors and technical staff.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with planning, engineering, logistics, and quality teams.
- Oversee resource allocation, scheduling, and equipment availability to meet operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior production or operations management role.
- Strong background in high-reliability sectors – transportation or railway preferred.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated experience in process optimization and performance management.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
