Our client is seeking a proactive, hands-on professional to join their world-class IT team — someone eager to lead on core networking tools and protocols, including Cisco ISE, LAN/WAN, and ACI. What You’ll Experience

• Lead as the primary ISE Administrator within a global network environment
• Install, upgrade, and maintain data centre hardware (switches, routers, firewalls)
• Monitor and troubleshoot VPNs, Firewalls, WAPs, and Application Centric Infrastructure
• Strengthen disaster recovery with robust network failover plans
• Deliver responsive technical and end-user support via service tickets and calls
• Create and maintain network documentation and best-practice guides
• Collaborate with Tier 2/3 support teams to drive service improvements
• Enhance SLAs, response times, and resolution rates through effective processes

What You’ll Bring

• Proven Cisco Meraki Administration experience (Firewall / Switch / Access Point)
• Strong Cisco ISE Policy Management skills
• Hands-on expertise with Meraki Networking Hardware and Software (ACI, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Wireless)
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation and manage escalations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities with a solution-first mindset
