This isn’t your average desk job – this is about contributing to life-saving technology. You’ll be helping keep aircrew safe by supporting the smooth delivery of mission-critical components used in aircraft ejection systems.
Your Mission
You’ll play a key role in managing the flow of information and goods through production. From tracking orders and processing data to checking shipment paperwork and supporting delivery coordination, your accuracy and organisation will ensure the highest quality standards are met on time, every time.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Coordinating production paperwork and customer reviews
- Managing order books, delivery schedules and documentation
- Assisting with shipping processes for highly regulated components
- Working alongside Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to eliminate defects
- Supporting data processing, contract requirements and customer communications
What you’ll bring:
- Strong coordination and admin experience in a technical or manufacturing environment
- Top-notch accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident data handling, report tracking and document management
- Familiarity with US Government shipping/packing processes is a plus
- A methodical, proactive mindset and a commitment to high standards
