About the Role

I’m recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking composites manufacturer who are building something special in Warwickshire. They’re looking for an experienced Composite Quality Inspector to join their dedicated inspection team and play a key role in maintaining world-class quality standards.
You’ll be working hands-on with high-precision carbon fibre composite components, using advanced metrology and inspection techniques to ensure every part meets exacting specifications.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Processing priority inspection work efficiently to support production flow
• Using Romer arms (PolyWorks software) for probing and scanning composite components
• Applying your knowledge of carbon fibre manufacturing to ensure quality standards are met and maintained
• Interpreting drawings and applying GD&T accurately
• Working closely with production and engineering teams, with the confidence to work independently when required

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Composite Quality Inspector / Composites Inspector
• Strong understanding of metrology hand tools and inspection processes
• Solid GD&T knowledge with practical, real-world application
• Hands-on experience with Romer arms, CMMs and PolyWorks (highly beneficial)
• Background in carbon fibre, composites, motorsport, aerospace or high-performance manufacturing
