Sales Administrator

We are looking for an experienced administrator/co-ordinator to join our client business in Bicester

You will act as the main interface between customers and the business, ensuring enquiries, quotations, and orders are handled efficiently and accurately to support successful product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering a consistently high level of service
  • Process and respond to all customer enquiries, quotations, and orders within 24 hours
  • Receive, process, and coordinate technical, commercial, and quality-related enquiries, working closely with internal departments
  • Proactively liaise cross-functionally and cross-border to ensure customer and internal requirements are met at all times
  • Monitor and understand future customer needs, project pipelines, forecasts, and market trends
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation for all business correspondence and transactions
  • Initiate and follow up on actions arising from Field Sales, Application Engineering, Supply Chain Management, and Finance
  • Support continuous improvement by minimising returns related to sales office errors and implementing corrective actions where required

Key Skills:

  • Experience in an administration role ideally in the manufacturing sector
  • Numerate with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of SAP and international planning/supply chain networks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
