Sales Support Executive

Are you a dynamic sales support professional with a passion for customer engagement and business growth? We are seeking a Sales Support Executive to join our client’s team and drive sales support across a portfolio of small but strategically important accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively generate, qualify, and convert sales leads into opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver accurate and timely quotations and revised quotes in line with company processes.
• Follow up on all assigned quotations to drive conversion into orders.
• Proactively manage the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring timely resolution of administrative, commercial, and logistical queries.
• Support smooth order processing by ensuring account setup is completed prior to order receipt.
• Build strong customer relationships and regularly follow up to identify repeat business opportunities.
• Provide customer contract management support, including regular internal review meetings and corrective action tracking for any loss-making accounts.
• Conduct detailed analysis and reporting of customer forecasts, purchasing behaviors, and product life cycles, reporting insights to the Business Development Manager and Operations Director.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales support and/or account management.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer relationships while ensuring high attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset and a drive for continuous improvement and sales growth.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools is advantageous.
