Sales Support Executive

Do you thrive on delivering top-notch customer service and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for a Sales Support Executive to play a key role in supporting our client’s Business Development Managers and delighting customers throughout their journey — from leads and quotes to contracts and beyond.

What you’ll do:

• Proactively support customers with quotes, orders, and contracts
• Keep everything on track with efficient admin, logistics, and CRM management
• Work closely with BDMs to spot trends, analyse forecasts, and drive results
• Be the customer’s go-to for outstanding service and seamless communication

What you’ll bring:

• 1+ year in customer service or sales support
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Confidence with Excel, Word, Outlook & CRM systems
• A results-driven, team-spirited attitude
