About You:

• Proven experience managing large-scale government construction or infrastructure projects.
• A master of the detail – you’re known for keeping budgets tight, timelines on track, and stakeholders informed.
• Recognised Project Management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, APM, PMP).
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills — you can inspire and motivate teams under pressure.
• Excellent knowledge of public sector governance, compliance, and procurement processes.
• A confident communicator who can navigate high-level stakeholders and technical teams alike.

 
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Owning full project lifecycles – from scope and design to delivery and post-implementation reviews.
• Leading multidisciplinary teams with clarity, focus, and a shared mission.
• Driving accountability across multiple contractors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Managing risk, ensuring regulatory compliance, and upholding the highest safety and quality standards.
• Reporting to senior clients with transparency and confidence.
