Are you a Senior Systems Engineer /RF ready to take technical ownership of advanced defence communication systems?
  
This is your opportunity to play a key role in the design, development, and delivery of mission-critical technologies used globally in secure communications, spectrum management, and tactical operations.
You’ll join a high-performing, multi-disciplinary engineering team where your expertise will shape products from concept to delivery, working across hardware, RF, mechanical, and embedded software disciplines to deliver world-class systems that make a difference.
  
What You’ll Experience

• Lead end-to-end systems engineering from bid to delivery.
• Define system architecture, interfaces, and performance requirements.
• Guide cross-functional teams to meet technical, time, and budget goals.
• Verify and validate complex system designs against specification.
• Produce clear, concise documentation including block diagrams, SoWs, and test reports.
• Collaborate with engineering, leadership, and support teams to align on project goals.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ experience in a systems engineering or similar technical role.
• Experience working with RF systems
• Proven ability to design, integrate, and verify complex systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Confident working independently and leading technical delivery.
• Degree-qualified in Engineering (BEng/MEng or equivalent).
• Eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC) or British Citizen status.

Nice to have:

• 7+ years’ experience within a defence or communications environment
• Familiarity with Concept of Operations (CONOPS) development.
