David Oakley-Brown is Group Finance Director at GTS International, with over 20 years’ experience in senior finance roles spanning manufacturing, creative services, print, recruitment and professional services. An ACCA-qualified accountant with a degree in Accountancy and Business with Finance, he is known for turning complex financial information into clear, practical insight that supports confident decision-making.
His career includes leading finance at Fablink Toolspec within a multi-entity manufacturing group, and serving as Finance Director of Grace Group, where he built and scaled the finance function and grew the business through several mergers and acquisitions. He has also held senior roles at Williams Lea Tag, Whitbread Group. At GTS International, David combines hands-on operational expertise with strategic vision to support sustainable growth, strong governance and long-term value creation. He is married with two children and is an “armchair” sports fan, watching F1, the NBA, NFL and supporting The Arsenal.
