Kieran has 12 years of recruitment experience, supporting organisations with identifying and securing top talent within Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations. During his career, he has run both contract and permanent desks, partnering with clients in industries including Aerospace, Defence, Marine, Automation, and Management Consultancy. Now he collaborates with a select group of businesses providing expertise in recruitment, executive search, selection, and retention across Senior Management, R&D, Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing disciplines.
Kieran is a father to two children, so when he has spare time, you’ll normally find him on the golf course trying to lower his handicap and avoid the bunkers or watching his beloved Bolton Wanderers!

Rob is the Founder of GTS Transportation and has circa 12 years’ experience in Rail/Rolling Stock & Transportation recruitment. His key market knowledge varies from Rail Rolling Stock, Rail Infrastructure, Automotive, Consultancy, Manufacturing, & Motorsport across Executive search, Interim management, and Permanent resourcing solutions. Rob has been married for 3 years and is a devoted father to his son and two stepsons. He is also a huge Arsenal Fan and general sports lover, watching and playing Cricket, Golf, and Football, but not very good at Snowboarding.
Jabe Bean
Jabe is an international technology recruitment specialist with over 15 years’ experience working with startups through to large multinationals. He has an exceptional understanding of contract and permanent recruitment as well as executive and board-level leadership roles. He joins GTS to manage our Space and Aerospace division, having spent many years working with some of the biggest global players in this field. He is extremely passionate about space exploration and humankind’s race to explore the universe, and he is regularly seen at space and aerospace tech trade shows. Outside of work, Jabe likes to spend time with his wife and two young sons. He plays golf (when time allows) and also enjoys hiking and cycling to keep fit and active.
