Shifts: (Plenty of overtime available)
Monday – Thursday: 07:00 – 16:30
Friday: 07:00 – 15:00
Rate: £24.00 per hour (Ltd Company)

The Opportunity
We’re looking for experienced Composite Laminators to support Formula 1 and motorsport manufacturing programmes at a leading composite facility in Oxfordshire, right in the heart of Motorsport Valley.

You’ll be producing high-performance carbon fibre components for F1 teams, motorsport programmes and elite automotive projects, working to the highest standards of quality, precision and delivery.

These are rolling contract roles, offering excellent hours, competitive rates, and immediate starts for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Lay-up of pre-preg carbon fibre and advanced composite materials
• Work from engineering drawings, templates and lay-up manuals
• Vacuum bagging, de-bulking and curing processes
• Trimming and finishing to motorsport-level tolerances
• Maintaining consistent quality in a fast-paced production environment

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Composite Laminator within Formula 1, motorsport, aerospace or high-performance automotive
• Strong understanding of carbon fibre lay-up, bonding and curing techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances
• Confident reading and following technical drawings and lay-up instructions
• Flexible, reliable and comfortable working overtime when required

Contract Details

• £24.00 per hour (Ltd Company)
• Outside IR35
• Rolling contracts with strong long-term potential
• Day shifts with early Friday finish
• Plenty of additional hours available
• Immediate starts available

Location
Oxfordshire — easily commutable from Banbury, Bicester, Oxford, Brackley, Silverstone, Witney and surrounding areas.
