✨ Key Experience We’re Looking For
- Background in mechanical or electrical work
- Experience in fast-moving environments where downtime matters
- Comfortable diagnosing issues and finding practical solutions
- Familiarity with automation, warehousing, or logistics tech (a bonus, not essential)
- Basic computer literacy for updating logs or reports
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- A detail-driven, safety-focused approach

- Supporting the smooth running of on-site equipment and technology
- Handling day-to-day tasks that blend reactive and planned activities
- Working closely with other teams to keep the operation flowing
- Identifying issues, contributing ideas, and helping improve performance
- Using data and reporting tools to monitor equipment behaviour
- Maintaining high standards around safety, housekeeping, and site presentation
- Sharing knowledge within the team and supporting continuous learning
